Women play a vital role in any community, often as the selfless individuals who care for their families daily. Recognising this, Vaishnavi Infracon works annually with young girls to build their self-confidence and encourage them to achieve greatness for themselves, and their communities.
Vaishnavi Infracon through their corporate social responsibility (CSR) provides free and quality education to indigent girls though scholarships to continue their education and thus providing them with a chance for a brighter future. 50 girls are provided with a right to education and an opportunity to transform their lives.
Furthermore, receiving the chance to continue with their education has had a massive impact in in their motivation, self-esteem and aspirations for the future. This program has proved behavioural and academic progress as well as progress in their social and character development. This is in line with Vaishnavi Infracon CSR programmes sustainability strategy to support education within the communities it serves.
